| Working with You

- We know it is important for you to not only create something
unique to you, but for you to also create something you can
be proud of for years to come. We can help by showing
you examples of previous custom work completed (please see Custom
Work Samples).

- We can also help by showing you pictures from our archives
at "Need Ideas?".
This may help get the "creative juices" flowing.
You can tweak one of our designs until it becomes truly unique
to you, i.e. style, colors, flowers, size, foliage, and accents
such as berries, ribbons and bows.

- If you have a picture, you can fax it or send it via mail
or email, and we can start with that as the initial design.
|
- If you have fabric swatches or paint chips, send them in and
we can match to those colors (and yes, we can return the swatches
or paint chips if need be).
|
- You will be sent an email questionnaire. Once you return
the questionnaire and we feel we have a good idea of what you
want, work begins. If you prefer, you can call and talk
with one of our designers directly.

- We will email you a JPEG image after the item is built for
your final approval.

| For custom orders, we may ask customers to give us
a non-refundable deposit on large orders or if unique colors or materials are used. |

| Shipping Sizes & Restrictions |

Below are the size restrictions you should consider if we will be shipping the custom built product to you.
Wreaths:
- Wreaths with a 22" diameter or less with a 7" depth can be shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS without an oversized balloon fee being assessed.
- Wreaths with a 23" to 28" diameter with a 7" depth can be shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS but an oversized balloon fee will be assessed, which is cheaper than FedEx or UPS Ground.
- Wreaths with a 29" to 36" diameter with a 7" depth is the largest wreath we can ship with FedEx or UPS Ground. This wreath will be subject to an OS/2 shipping penalty fee.
- Wreaths with a 36" diameter and over can only be shipped via freight; we do not offer this service.
Swags:
- Swags up to 24" in length with a 7" depth can be shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS without an oversized balloon fee being assessed.
- Swags with a 25" to 36" length with a 7" depth can be shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS but an oversized balloon fee will be assessed, which is cheaper than FedEx or UPS Ground.
- Swags over 36" in length can only be shipped via freight; we do not offer this service.
Arrangements:
- Arrangements with a 16" overall dimension or less can be shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS without an oversized balloon fee being assessed.
- Arrangements with a 17" to 20" overall dimension can be shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS but an oversized balloon fee will be assessed, which is cheaper than FedEx or UPS Ground.
- Arrangements with a 24" height, a 24" length, and an 18" width, is the largest arrangement we can ship with FedEx or UPS Ground. This arrangement will be subject to an OS/2 shipping penalty fee.
- Arrangements over the above stated size can only be shipped via freight; we do not offer this service.
